It seems your hosting account and forum account is not linked. Most probably the hosting account is suspended and then terminated due to inactivity. You are free to re register new account with the same forum account as linking account.

If you want to know exactly what happend to your account then provide us the cpanel username and staff will confirm it.

You have to login to forums(here) atleast every 31 days period to avoid inactivity suspension.
