Can't get unsupended

I am suspended and when I try to get unsuspended I get a message saying I have been unsuspended. But it still shows me as unsuspended.

Hello,

I have restored and unsuspended your account. You might need to update the password, as it is a known issue that passwords does not work properly after migrations. to reset your password go to Account Panel.
I'll close this ticket, you can re-open it by clicking "Administrative" if the account is not back in working order.
