Can't Html Edit

Hi, Um, I uploaded an index file that I made in notepad, yes it is a html file, but I cant seem to html edit it, I only can edit it, Can you please Fix my account so I can Html edit?

Ps. Why are there so many problems with the cPanel??? When will the cPanel be complely free of problems?? (This is not to offend X10hosting)

This is the first time I've ever seen a problem regarding this. What server are you on?

I would suggest using code edit. It looks better and makes it easier to work with.

Code edit is harder, You cant rearange stuff around, please, I really need the HTML edit!
