Can't install IPB?

I uploaded IPB but everytime i try to install it on
http://gamerscentral.x10hosting.com/forums
I get "404 Not Found" error, how can i fix thix?

Did you upload all the files to a directory called "forums" in the root web directory (public_html)?

there is the problem xD, i did upload but not in public_html
