Can't Install IPB

I'm trying to install IPB, but when I try uploading the files I get this message:

550 Prohibited file name: .pureftpd-upload.48039b9a.15.5820.ab22c2bf : /public_html/style_avatars/.pureftpd-upload.48039b9a.15.5820.ab22c2bf
550 Can't remove directory: Directory not empty : /public_html/style_avatars

And when I finally get it uploaded and go to the installer, which is http://www.cybertechads.x10hosting.com/install/index.php and I get a blank screen. Help!!

Threatening to leave really doesn't phase the people around here. So, if you are going to go. Go.
Bumping your topic with "Help Me! Plz Help" really doesn't get the attention you desire either.

There are people from all locations on the globe. Some more experienced with software issues than others. If you can be a little patient, you will get the help you require. But demanding and threatening if you don't get the help "Right this second" only makes the members and users of x10 less willing to assist you.

I know squat about IPB, but from the looks of the error message, you are uploading filenames that are not allowed ( Prohibited file name ) and then the next error is pretty straight forward too, it seems. It says you are trying to delete a directory that still has stuff in it ( Can't remove directory: Directory not empty )

And just a final message, if you are so desperate for help with IPB, why aren't you on their forums giving them a hard time? Didn't THEY create the software?

I'm uploading file that are allowed, because I uploaded IPB before and had no problems until my hosting account was somehow hacked and I tried uploading it to another account I had and I problems so I had that account cancelled and created this one and i'm still having problems with my account, so it must be a problem with x10. My public_html folder is empty, so how can I be getting that message for again must be a problem with x10. The reason i'm not on there forums giving them a hard time is beacause I don't have an active license so I can't get support from them either on there forum or VIA support ticket and the only reason i'm giving x10 a hard time is beacause I think the problem had to do with the server i'm on and I don't want my acount suspended for not having ads or for not having a webpage at all.

Sorry for me asking this, but didn't you get your account terminated yesterday to get recreated? You don't seem to have an active, linked account on your forum username.

Yes because my account was hacked/compromised and I tried reinstalling IPB and had problems so I had my account terminated and recreate in hopes that I wouldn't have any problems. How can't I have an active linked account to my forum username (adview) when I can access my accont panel just fine
