Can't install MyBB 1.6 Beta on my site

I'm installing MyBB at http://acpost-betatesting.x10hosting.com, and it gets up to the point where I have to input the database stuff. When I fill in all of the info and click next, an error message pops up. It says:

There seems to be one or more errors with the database configuration information that you supplied:

Could not connect to the database server at ''localhost'' with the supplied username and password. Are you sure the hostname and user details are correct?
Once the above are corrected, continue with the installation.

Looking at the other threads in this forum, it's a problem with the server. My site is on the Cossacks server.

There might be temporary MySQL errors right now.

Also, did you enter the correct information including giving the database user ALL PRIVILEGES from inside cPanel? The database name and user should be in the format cpanelusername_user/db name
