Cant install scripts anymore

I was testing out the free scripts you offer such as AbanteCart, PrestaShop, Magento, etc and its fine free hosting only allows 2 at a time but now in the middle of testing out the scripts I get a message even though I deleted everything an have zero sql servers in use. "AbanteCart,PrestaShop,Magento, etc"

Would you please reset my account.

you can install any script but I still get an error message.
