Cant link Account

My site was working well 1 month ago, but now i can't even access it at http://www.wer1family.com, nor can i access the cPanel.

I have tried entering the correct username: lonejo05, but it still doesnt work as shown below. May i know the cause of this dialog box appearing and what is the solution.
