can't link Forum userID with site?

I've (obviously) activated both my cPanel & forum account, but can't seem to link there for some reason.
cPanel account: lcross

Forum account :lcross

The problem seems to be resolved, so I will close this now. If you need any more support feel free to reopen this thread, or create a new one.
