Can't Link my forum to my hosting account

my name is Emmanuel, I'm new to this forum and i created a hosting account. When i tried to sign in it said Link Your Hosting account to the forum. i typed my Forum username and it says the hosting username u specified does not exist. I would appreciate it if someone can help me

Yes I'm also experiencing the same problem! When I wanted to sign up, it returned an error: The forum account supplied does not exist.
Please help!

I have the same problem, Also, I received an email saying that my account was NOT created, however i can still login to the point where i need to link my forum account to my hosting account. In the email it says i can correct the problem of my account not being created by signing up again, but when i try to it says i already have an account and i need to use it. Furthermore, when it prompts me to link the accounts, it states that linking the accounts is required for AD Enhanced accounts, and i did not sign up for an AD Enhanced account. I think this is probably a server side error, will it be resolved?
