Can't link

I'm new to x10hosting and having trouble linking the accounts. I only received the forum confirmation email but not the account email. I checked the spam folder and not there either. Any suggestions?

I am getting the following error message:
No hosting account signup was found with the username that you specified. It is possible that the pending, unactivated signup was removed from the queue, so you may need to sign up again.

Should I sign up again?
