First I could not get my cpanel page to work..then it was fixed, but I cant login with my username and password... Yhen I tried to log in to account panel, but I cant :

What is your hosting user name, when was the last time you were able to access cPanel\Account Panel?

Well instead of warning me, you could tell me how to fix my problem. The post I made did pertain to the topic and it had a purpose. That was to illustrate to the administrators (you) the gravity of the situation (that several people are having this problem and we need a fix). Now obviously you have read the post, so you know what it says, yet you haven't replied. At least tell us that you're working on fixing the problem or something like that instead of making us think you're a dick.

and the last time I had acces to my account panel was the day I joined x10....

Arash -- I'm showing your username was a3a and I don't see the account. It's possible it was terminated if it remained suspended for 10 days or more. What day did you join x10?
