can't log in root (Special FTP), my client password is not accepting by the system

Help. my password is not accepted in FTP transaction when using SPECIAL FTP Account, I type-in the right password but it is not accepted in FTP so my website instead of dekada2011.elementfx.com become dekada2011.elementfx.com/dekada, I cannot access the root since it doesn't accept my client password.
