Can't log in the cpanel

Hi,

I can't seem to log in to my cpanel. I've updated the passwords and am using the right username but it still says "Login Attempt Failed!"....

What can I do ?

Try to reset your cpanel password in account panel http://x10hosting.com/control

Then try again.
