Can't log in to ANYTHING

I registered for an account yesterday and I still cannot login to cpanel or ftp. Please reset my password so I may login.

password: signed up with ****** but it doesn't work. My forums password is *******

seems like atleast the adfree has been up and down last few hours, maybe thats the problem. Don't know. Just a thought.
