Can't log in to c-panel

Hello I am fairly new here and need some assistance. I signed up for free hosting, received the email where I click the link to confirm and got a message saying I was put into a queue because of high demand and that I should receive another confirmation in about 150 minutes. This was about 3 hours ago. I have not received anything as of yet, though I do have the option of linking my account to my forum account. However no matter if I use my username from the forums, the user name I signed up with for my hosting, or my domain name I get an error that the user does not exist. I also am told when I check the domain that my domain is available.
