cant log in to cpanel, cant find the answer in threads

i am trying to unsuspend acct, but cant log in to cpanel ..not accepting pass words

I've tried the option of "I forgot my password" but no email has been sent in my inbox. i am using my email address (mermadeit@gmail.com) as new username.
have searched threads, but need help, thankyou

Please check your junk mail and spam folders for the email. You may want to add the x10 email to the "safe senders" list, if you have one.
For now, I've unsuspended your account.
