Can't Log In to cPanel or Reset Password

My problem is kind of a continuation of this issue from the Suspended Account subforum. According to my account overview, I'm not suspended anymore, so I guess that's fixed and this problem doesn't belong in that forum. After being unsuspended, I still couldn't log in to cPanel so I tried resetting my password. This was a few days ago, but I still have not received any email notifications with the new password.

cPanel user name: pitthvz
Subdomain/Doman: pitthvz.x10hosting.com
x10 Package: static

I don't know what's going on. I tried resetting my password a few hours ago and still haven't gotten an email. Maybe you could reset it and send me a PM, if that's possible?

Time is becoming an issue, so if this problem can't be solved within a day or two please let me know. Thank you for your help so far though.

Ok, i've tried to see what is going on. I believe one of the following is happening:

cPanel is refusing to send account emails (You dont get the password reset emails)

And there is a bug in our management software that stops us resetting your password -- it should be fixed by tomorrow and a new password sent to you via PM.
