Can't log in to cPanel

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and just created an account under my same forum name. Everything works up until I try to log into cPanel. It just says "Login attempt failed."

I've gotten all of the confirmation emails and everything. I tried switching the domain from .pcriot.com to .x10hosting.com, and nothing is working. Anyone know what is going on here?

Did you try resetting your password (its on the account panel), also check your username there is the one you think it is.

Try using this url. http://74.86.116.190:2082 Using your cPanel user name and password.

As x10Hosting is in high demand, sometimes "timeout" problems do arise.
Please be patient and try to login by using this:
cPanel: http://YOURDOMAIN.x10HDomain:2082
This problem may arise due to bookmarked login.
