Can't log in to cPanel

I always get "Login Attempt Failed".

Could I get my cPanel password reset?

I believe my username is DavidRS, however it could be DavidRS1992.

It seems that your account has been terminated. When was the last time you logged into the x10forums before this?

Only recently, but I had tried to use this account to get a site going under the same username and domain. My first one got terminated through inactivity, but I created a new one under the same details.
