Can't log in to hosting control panel

I am the owner of melnicks.ca - I am trying to log in to https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ and am getting a Login Attempt Failed message.

My username is mmelnick. There is no forgot password system, as far as I can see. How do I log in?

https://x10hosting.com/control/? (Account Management Panel)

Click » View Details in the yellow box, you will be presented with
"Hosting Account Management".
Click "Login to cPanel".

Yeah, that's how I get to https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/.

My issue is that I cannot log in at that point. I keep getting a Login Attempt Failed message after trying several username/password combinations.

How do I retrieve my username/password?

Sometimes the link you posted doesn't work.

It happened to me yesterday.

I wrote, what I tried and it worked too.

Anyways, to retrieve your username/password, use:

"Hosting Account Management" page

There you will be find

Change Password

Update your hosting account's cPanel password.
Click here to update my password »
---------------
That should be pretty much self-explanatory.

Proceed with caution though, almost all servers are acting weird.

Only exception to this is stoli till now, I hope I didn't jinx it.

Also, try this once before you attempt to reset the password:

Nope - didn't work... I changed my password which was apparently successful, but I still get the Login Attempt failed message when logging into cPanel at https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083/login/

Now what?
