Can't log in to my area

Hi,

I'm new here, and I'm having trouble getting into my account. I enter my user details and it comes up as an incorrect username, but I've put it in correctly. What should I do?

What are you using as your cpanel user name? Also when exactly did you create this account? If you created it today you will need to give it a little bit. Also did you receive your email confirmation?

I used the correct info, username and password, supplied in the email, but i still cannot log into Cpanel, can help?

Anyone that has created an account today might have been put in line. Meaning when we did server upgrades yesterday all the accounts created yesterday will be created first. So please be patient. Also read here http://forums.x10hosting.com/server-alerts/36052-updates-all-servers.html

So i am assuming account creations are still a little behind.

The Admins can only answer that. I can only forward the information i currently have. I am hoping everything will be back to normal soon.
