Can't log in to X10 hosting control

I can't log in to X10 hosting control.
An error message appears when I'm trying to log in:

Fatal error: Class 'Memcache' not found in memcache on line 17

I've reported the issue to staff, it should be fixed pretty soon.

I try to log in because my account is suspended... so I would like to be unsuspended without waiting that this problem to be fixed... Is it possible?
