cant log in

when i try and log into cPanel URL -http://absolut.x10hosting.com:2082 with my user name and password its not letting me login. the user name i'm using is: meraj1509 and the password is:********

also when i try to login to the ftp to upload files access is being denied to me and i'm using the same user name and password for that.

This user name is you forums username.

go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php and login with forums username and password

and see your cpanel username. and then go to cpanel and login with that username and password

your cPanel username is: meraj150
if you have lost/forgetten your password you can reset it here: http://x10hosting.com/panel.php?resetpasswd
login with your forum credentials

as for FTP:
the primary user has the same credentials as your cPanel credentials. If you have other FTP accounts, you can change the password within cPanel.
