Can't log into account, but Cpanel logs in fine

Registered today,

I can log into Cpanel fine, But I cannot log into my account to change the domain to my paid domain.

When I enter my account details (Which, Are the same as the login for Cpanel correct?) it tells me the username doesn't exist.
