Can't log into c panel again

ok for the umpteenth time this month ive not been able to log into cpanel

its giving me the same old error of log in failed?

ive not changed anything and am logging in the usual way

please could one of the admins help me out as i know that the usuer name and password is correct but maybe needs a password reset?

anna changed the password for me last time!

have we had any more news from admins on this as its becoming very frustrating that i cant log into cpanel

ok ive lost all my web site now?

can someone please tell me what the heck is going on with x10 ?

i try to view my site and getting a default log in page as ive pasted below ?

ok im after answers from admin? first i cant log into c panel now withing 2 hours my web site has completely dissapeared?

its become annoying to say the least and now has more down time than up time ?
