Can't log into cPanel or access website

Hi I just made an account, and signed up for the ad enhanced version. I was able to log into cPanel, and I made a forum on my website last night.

This morning when I try logging into cPanel it says login failed- http://ugl.pcriot.com:2082/ (I used the same password and user name as last night)

When I try going to http://ugl.pcriot.com it says "Domain Available The page you requested does not exist! Why not take a moment and register it now? Sign-up with x10Hosting."

When I try going to the location of the forum I made, http://ugl.pcriot.com/index.php it says "404 Error! The page you requested does not exist, you can try visiting this site's home page below. ugl.pcriot.com"

I know I'm using the right password and user name as I used last night, because I wrote it down and everything.

Are you using lowercase letters for your cPanel user name?

Try again now please, there was an issue with the DNS entry for your subdomain.
I've fixed it and it's working correctly now.

It's still not working for me, but it still works for my friend. Thanks anyway

It's really weird. It worked for me again last night, but once again today it's not working for me :dunno:

Try clearing your cahce and flushing your DNS. Then restart your browser and give it a try.
