Can't log into cPanel

Unsuspended my account.
Changed password twice, but cPanel still says "Login Attempt Failed!".
If this has anything to do with the "Synchronisation" status on the Hosting Account Management page, please ignore because it last synchronised in November.
Otherwise, help.

Your account appears to be unsuspended, but the system is still treating it as suspended. I will have a staff member look into this for you.
