Cant log into Cpanel

When you say you can't login, do you mean that you can't load the login page, or does the system deny you access?
If it's the first, please verify you're using either https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083 or http://boru.x10hosting.com:2082 to access cPanel.
If it's the later, please try resetting your password as per the instructions here: http://x10hosting.com/wiki/How_to_Change_Your_cPanel_Password
