Can't log into cPanel

Hi I've just made a new account and it logged into cPanel succesfully the first time but after logging out and trying to log back in again it doesn't work. I have tried multiple times.
Also the account management panel sometimes says:

Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments."

Can someone help me please?

Try preforming a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5) and/or clearing your browser's cache.
If you are still having trouble logging into your account, we can change your password for you.

Sorry I did not explain myself properly: when I try to open the link the Account creation email gave me (http://idesigncircuit4u.exofire.net:2082) it says 'page cannot be found'. I have tried hard refresh and clearing browser cache. sorry for not explaining properly.

I can't log into my CPanel either.
Username : Nia
There's something wrong with my database links too.
My domain name is: www.bdinfo.exofire.net
My PHP pages don't work. Database links cannot be made.

Please help me with this. I am using this as a project for college applications. I have already given them the link. I need to have it running properly ASAP.

It seems to be working suddenly. Typical that it would not work for 2hours and then suddenly work as soon as I post. It might break again though.
