can't log into cPanel

Hello. I just registered for a new account for the username keeter. (keeter.pcriot.com). I followed the details in all 5 confirmation emails I recieved. (confirmed email address, forum sign-up, linking account to forum, etc) For some reason I am still not able to log into cPanel.

I am unsure if I'm missing a step or not, because this is the most unorganized site i've used in ten years. Did I do everything right, or did I make a stupid mistake?

Try using this url http://67.228.161.42:2082 Let me know if that works. Also make sure you are using lowercase letters for the cpanel login.

That link worked. I changed locations since my last login (wifi) and now the original link works as well. Is there a possibility that I was being blocked from the other location? I won't be able to test that theory until tomorrow when I am back at my original location.

Also, should I use that link from now on if it doesn't work?

That link was to check whether your IP was being blocked or not, use the cPanel link to login to your cPanel.
