can't log onto cpanel, help me, please!!

my account is suspended because of inactivity;
I didn't link my account with forum account;
I can log onto my account (http://x10hosting.com/account);
But I can't log onto cpanel (http://jeff.x10hosting.com:2082).
by the way, are userNames and passwords for cpanel and my account are the same?
I can't log onto cpanel because my account is suspended not because username and password are wrong, is it right?
