Cant log onto cpanel or conect via ftp.

For a couple of weeks now I have been unable to connect to my site via ftp and also cant log onto the cpanel.

Can you please help me.

Forgot to say my website is still up and running fine???

This may have been caused by the server migrations and upgrades from last month. This is usually resolved by resetting your password. Try going to http://x10hosting.com/control (login with forum info) and go to Hosting --> Change Password.
