can't login anymore

Why can't i login anymore on the freeweb hosting?
It worked fine for some weeks but no its over.

Servers are undergoing maintenance right now, should be done soon. They are upgrading the webserver (apache) right now. Just be patient.

Now i get the logonscreen but my account is suspended:
Default Index Not Changed

I know now that i need an idex.htm or idex.php but;
How can i unsuspend?
