Can't login at all. Newbie here!

Apart from that, once things are on its way. Can anyone suggest/teach me the basics of creating a website? I know it might be a big ask, but i'm not searching for a full tutorial, just some basics to get me started? Intention of website is for school stuff.

Just to get started I would look at, http://www.w3schools.com/html/default.asp
Then maybe some CSS, http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp
As for your problem. Either you are putting in the wrong username, or your account needs to be reset.

You need to login to the account management panel using the forum username and password.

Owh!! That's better. Why'd the email say differently anyways? Is that normal?
I managed to login using forum username and password..not the one they sent to me.

I would think it's because you link your account. So you get the forum login details.

Hi, sorry another question. I'm given the option to use my own domain name. Am I actually allowed to choose freely? Or what implications are there?

If you own a domain, like you.com or you.co.cc you can use it.

You can make changes to your site by logging into your cPanel, here's a link http://speechatlatrobe.pcriot.com:2082. Upload your files using the file manager. If you want to change to adenhanced you need to request termination of this account and then create a new one.
