Can't login cpanel !! Urgent help

I've searched the forums and solution was to clear cache and restart computer.
I did but i still can't login to cpanel, says login attempt failed.

Logging in to check account statistics worked fine.

I'm wondering why does it still say domain available when i've registered and activated it : http://smartboy4.exofire.net

Weird i did every thing to clear cache temp files etc.

Does logging into cpanel have anything to do with cache not cleared?
I tried it in all my other internet browsers and all wouldn't work
