can't login cpanel

I try to login my cpanel account but it seems not work, the username and password are correct, i don't know why.

Actually it seems that your server Fris is having some problems right now.

Did you actually try to RESET your password (logout from your account, click on "I forgot my password" and follow the instructions) or just to CHANGE it (which was the first solution that showed up, but didn't work for everybody)?

Edit: Just asking, cause in the subtle way it was described (by Zubair in this case), I didn't understand the difference first... ;-)
