Cant login due to location has changed from ph to au

You are signing in from a country that is different from where your account signed up. Your sign-in is from Australia while your account was registered from Philippines

how do i fix this problem?

This is a system safety function. It is designed that you must log in from the country you sign up in to prevent people from non-white listed countries visiting a white listed country, signing up for an account and then returning to a different country. Most countries that are black listed is because internet abuse is high in those countries and combating abuse by a single company is cost prohibitive.

while both countries Australia and Philippines are on x10hosting's white-list of countries (there is no black-list of countries)

x10hosting now has a firewall (a restriction which is not in the TOS) around the IP's country code your free-hosting account was registered with - your current IP's country code must be the same - when you sign-in to your account
