Can't login to account management

well i had a previous ad-free account here, pretty much i guess it was deleted so i came back and signed up for another one, this time an ad-enhanced one... it was activated and i got in good but when i needed my adcodes, i tried several times to login but i couldn't anymore


please help

Have you tried visiting www.x10hosting.com/account and logging in with your forum name and password?

Are you saying you can't log into Cpanel or your Account Management Panel?

What errors / messages are you getting when you try?

I can't login to Account Management Panel but I can login to cPanel

thanks for the reminder, I thought the cPanel Details are to be used in Account Management Panel.....
