Can't login to cpanel + site dont load???

Plan: add free plan

I can't seem to login in to my cPanel account and the site loads up a page saying cpanel successfully installed and sometimes connection lost?

can anyone assist me on this please?

P.S: do i have to login every two weeks to keep my account alive or make a post every two weeks?

You have to log in at least once every two weeks, that's all, but I'm sure you'd make more posts than 1 in 2 weeks if you take a look around. Otherwise, I'm not sure if the ad-free servers are done yet, but post in the cPanel Bug thread, as that might be your problem right now. Otherwise, can you log into FTP via your cPanel user and pass, and before you post in the other thread about your problem, did you make sure that you used your cPanel user and pass and not your forum/account panel user and pass?

i cant login at all in cpanel not even ftp using ftp software and thanks for comfirmation about the logging in every two weeks info.

I just signed up for my account and was able to log into cPanel, then I couldn't. Tried in firefox
and IE. Waited a few minutes then tried again, and all was working normally.
