Can't login to cpanel to setup email

I can't login to cpanel to setup/restore email accounts.
I also need to setup a FTP account so that I can restore my site that you lost.

Please fix so that I can get back logged in.

Cossacks accounts have been moved to a new server due to hard drive issue. The server is not up yet because it is still restoring accounts. Stay up to date on the latest status updates at http://status.x10hosting.com
