Can't login to cpanel

I know there has been a ton of work on the various servers recently, but I thought it was all done by now. However, I still can't login to cpanel.

I've tried:

http://cpanel.kolaporeuplands.x10hosting.com (used to work 8 weeks ago)
http://kolaporeuplands.x10hosting.com:2082 (from a faq page)
and the cpanel link button on my account page (seems to be one of the new features of the recent hosting and updating process)

but none of these work.

What do you mean does not work? Does it not load or does it not accept your username/pw?

Try changing your password at http://x10hosting.com/control

Sorry I should have mentioned that detail:

The cpanel link on my account page and the 2082 port URL both time out while loading. The cpanel.kolaporeuplands.x10hosting.com URL redirects to x10hosting.com.

So, I haven't been able to attempt a user/password login even.
