can't login to cPanel

I have been trying to login into cPanel put I can't, I can login into x10hosting, but I can't logon to cPanel. I hope you can help.

Can you get into the 'Account Portal' (AP) ?

What error do you receive when trying to log-in to cPanel ?

Can you 'see' (load) your site on the Internet ?

I can get onto the AP, the error message is login is invalid, and I can get onto the website. It just seems to have stopped working.

Try these steps to regain access to your cPanel:

1. Reset(same as it was) or change your password in the Account Portal (AP)
2. Wait for it to say that the change took effect
3. This is important log out of the account portal and log back into it
4. Wait 5 minutes (it takes time to update all the servers in the cluster)
5. Click the blue [ Access cPanel ] button
