I keep getting error code DEADBEEF ??? what the heck is that??

Currently the [ Account Portal ] is off line (down)
But you should be able to log into cPanel

hexadecimal numbers [ 0xDEADBEEF ] ("dead beef") is frequently used to indicate a software crash or deadlock in embedded systems.

1.> The [ Account Portal ] (AP) is back up

2.> I just removed domains and Email accounts from my [ Premium ] account do to support issues
