Can't login to CPanel.

Hello,

I am able to login from the homepage from http://x10hosting.com/home.

But then i get the problem where it asks me to:
In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

My username: mrberry
password:******
forum username: mrberry
e-mail address:chat***arli*b@hotmail.com

Date of sign up:8th November, 2007
Time of sign up: GMT (+8.00) around 12.30p.m or something

I've tried using both usernames (they're the same) to get into the CPanel , but it says:

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.


Anyone got any ideas?

I am having similar problems.

I can't view my site (http://www.elysia.exofire.net/)
I get an unable to connect error.

I can't log into CPanel either.

What's going on?

I can't found the hosting account "mrberry". Are you sure that's the correct cPanel username?
What's your website domain/subdomain???

@Elysia, you have your account linked correctly. If you have any other problem, create your own thread.

Can one of you admins delete what my forum account is link to which account, so i can re link it to another account, so i can try start fresh?

Or is it not possible? Becuase i think it was the sign up that i screwed up.
