Cant Login to CPanel

I try to login to Cpanel with my Username and Password, as it says in my E-Mail, and it wont accept my username is password, is the Cpanel Undergoing Updates and is Down, or what is Wrong?

im also having this same problem. is there something wrong or whats going on..??
i made a random password using the shifted number keys Ex. "~!@#$%^&*()_+"
does the cpanel not recognize some of these keys or recognize them as invalid or what..
