can't login to CPanel

I am not able to login to my cpanel. It keeps telling me that that username doesn't exsit.

I have the Ad-Free hosting
my cpanel is here: http://alternatereality.x10hosting.com:2082
and my username is: erirus

same things happening to me, except its saying it doesnt have an e-mail...dont know why...

yeah, its really frustrating. I don't think my site was even created x_x
