Can't login to FTP / cPanel

Hi

Domain : comgate3.x10hosting.com
username : comgate3
hosting package : AdFree

I just signed up about 30 mins ago and i received an email saying that the account was created.
I browse to the url and it's working, but I can't login to FTP and cPanel.
I think the password is registered incorrectly somehow.
Can you fix this problem?
