Cant login to my account despite having received all details...what goes, whats amiss?

I've actually been able to log in to cpanel...but not the main login page...it just keeps telling me that my password is wrong...? Sorry if I'm not in the right place to ask this, I've only just signed up and am behaving like a newbie...(cause I am...here anyway). Thanks for any reply...

Sorry! I really am behaving like a newbie...my site name is guitarjournal.pcriot.com and that's about it...I can't post more details than that here now can I...?
