can't login to my cpanel account

When clicking to reach cpanel account, I get a [Problem loading page] page with the message "The server at lotus.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond." This has been the case for 3 days now and is causing me a lot of embarrassment with the users of my web page, as a data update is now three days pending.
